2017 JDRF Hope Gala

The 2017 JDRF Annual Hope Gala was held on last Saturday, September 16 at the Renaissance Minneapolis Hotel, The Depot. Every year, the Minnesota chapter of JDRF holds a gala to raise money towards finding a cure and putting an end to Type 1 diabetes. This year, JDRF surpassed their goal and raised over $800,000 due to the enormous generosity of the attendees.

We are proud to have been a Platinum sponsor for this year’s event. Our media team here at Twin Cities Closet Company put together a video for one of the live auction items. The item was a collaborative painting started by 6 young kids affected with Type 1 and finished by local artist and former Twin Cities Closet Company employee, Mouhamadou Cisse.
