Giving Back in April and May
Giving back to the community update from TCCC!
Last month, Twin Cities Closet Company donated a portion of our sales to MACV, an amazing and local charity whose mission it is to make sure that every Veteran in Minnesota has access to services and supports to avoid homelessness and achieve sustainable housing. We are thankful for the services they offer to Minnesota Veterans and are proud to be able to support them as community partners.
MACV exists to directly help veterans and their families affected by homelessness or those in danger of becoming homeless. It also strives to serve, inform, educate and train others to carry a message of hope. As a result, MACV aims to set a national standard for respectfully meeting housing and supportive service needs of veterans while maintaining the worth and dignity of all those involved. Through outreach offices in Minneapolis, Duluth, and Mankato, MACV provides and coordinates services for veterans in need throughout Minnesota.

Our next charity, for the month of May, is Mount Olivet Rolling Acres. We are donating 1% of sales from the month to this exemplary organization who enhances personal growth for people with disabilities by offering unique services supported by a caring, dedicated and knowledgeable team. Like each organization we choose, Mount Olivet Rolling Acres was selected by Twin Cities Closet Company’s own team to be the recipient of May’s donations.
Since 1953, Mount Olivet Rolling Acres has operated as a nonprofit, nondenominational corporation led by a board of directors was established and construction began on the main campus in 1968. Since then, Mount Olivet Rolling Acres has continued to expand its outreach into the larger community by providing residential services, community homes, specialized services, respite, case management, and day services.
We’re so excited to continue working with clients in the month of May and look forward to contributing to Mount Olivet Rolling Acre’s incredible work in the community.
